QUALITY Product Quality: We use a three-tiered system to assure product quality: a first article inspection on new products, a process capability study to set a baseline and product inspection throughout the process. Measurement Capability: We offer state-of-the-art measuring equipment such as our Three Axis Coordinate Measurement Machine, our MicroVu Video Inspection System with computer interface and Microscopic inspection for those special requirements. Statistical Techniques: We will do Design of Experiments on those tough parts, using JMP software for analysis. On tight tolerance or critical dimensions, we statistically analyze the process and use Statistical Process Control to assure the parts stay within the mean. View our Certificate
