Externally we can send and receive drawing files electronically, greatly increasing the efficiency of the design cycle while decreasing the time to market. Once part designs are established and agreed on, our customers are involved in our mold design review process, ensuring that those not intimate with the injection molding process are fully aware of the relationships involved in making quality parts. Special projects are not a problem. Just because we haven't done it before doesn't mean we can't do it. Recently we had a customer come to us with a request to develop tooling for an in-mold decorating process. Acting as design-coordinator, we designed an innovative solution to their request and delivered the tooling needed for the job. We manufactured the injection mold and thermoforming tooling, while outsourcing a trim die. With the assistance of other local experts for areas out of our manufacturing process, we have proven that the team concept doesn't have to stop at the edge of the property.
